Peawanuck, ON - Nov. 11, 2015 On November 11, 2015 the Third Canadian Ranger Patrol Group from Peawanuck, along with Rangers from neighbouring communities, gathered together for a Remembrance Day ceremony, with students from Peawanuck’s Matahamao School taking part in the march and readings and Weenusk First Nation community members looking on. Following two minutes of silence, Rangers, students and community members placed poppies on wreath that was set in the center of the ceremony.
