Wasaya flight slides off runway in Kasabonika

No injuries are being reported after a Wasaya Airways flight was damaged after it went off the runway at the Kasabonika Lake airport Feb. 9.
The Beech 1900D plane was carrying 13 passengers and 2 crew when it slid off the runway around 12 p.m. Central Time. While no one was injured, all passengers and crew were treated at a local nursing station.
An investigation of the accident is now underway by the Transportation Safety Board and Wasaya officials.
