MENTAL HEALTH NURSING MANAGER
Location: Thunder Bay

The Mental Health Nursing Manager oversees the overall management, supervision, direction and development of the Mental Health Nursing Program in the achievement of Dilico goals and objectives. The Mental Health Nursing Manager is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day operations of the Mental Health Nursing Program.
Qualifications and Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse (Minimum Bachelor of Science in Nursing). First Nations Health Manager Certificate/Designation preferred. Mental Health related training is an asset. Three (3) years or more of demonstrated ability of design, implementation and management of health programs and services; knowledge, analytical skills and experience in the field of Indigenous mental health; experience working within a multi-disciplinary team, case conferencing, assisting in research and development if required, ongoing evaluation of service delivery, addressing gaps in service delivery and implementing change as required bettering servicing the clients; previous work experience with the Anishinabek is required.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Must have: A satisfactory Criminal Records Search; Ability to work flexible hours and travel as determined by the Director of Health in relation to service requirements; Must possess a Class “G” Driver’s Licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
