Filling the youth cupboard

Organizer Rachel Mishenene, a member of Mishkeegogamang First Nation, said this year’s fundraiser raised more than $1,000. The funds go towards the Independence Cupboard, housed at the Childrens Aid Society office, which consists primarily of non-perishable food products for youth between the ages of 16 and 21 who are living independently.
